Ryden Holman

Ryden serves as the Chief of Staff at M31 Group with a focus on M31 Academy, where she oversees all academic programs, instructional initiatives, and educational services, including the Academy’s annual internship program.

In addition to her role at M31, Ryden is co-CEO of the Mycelorium, a community of ex-Bridgewater professionals, where she developed a robust ecosystem focused on growing partnerships, expanding deal flow, and creating value for early-stage opportunities.

Prior to her current roles, Ryden spent six years at Bridgewater Associates, where she served as Chief of Staff, leading initiatives to systematize principled management across the firm and founded La Chispa, a Latin American accelerator, where she mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs through a proprietary tech-enabled scalable training and incubation program.
