Markus brings over 11 years of experience in the BPO industry, where he excelled in managing teams and enhancing operational efficiency. At TCS as a Senior Process Associate, he ensured the accuracy of policy coverage documents and provided essential support to agents. As a freelance Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant, Markus mastered calendar and email management, client relations, and time prioritization. His role at Majorel Clark as an Operations Supervisor and Trainer involved facilitating team briefings, analyzing productivity metrics, organizing training sessions, and conducting client meetings. This extensive background has equipped Markus with the skills necessary to excel in his current role at M31 Capital.

Markus studied Computer Science at the Asian Institute of Computer Studies, following his education at San Vicente San Francisco National High School and Sta. Rita School.
